ooh! this is a good one!. It took some looking at it to figure it out, but I've got it!.
You take the first plus sign and put a line on it to turn it into a four!. Then the equation will look like this: 545+5= 550!. That will make the equation a true statement!.

Two options -
5+545=550 and 545+5=550
both ways only a single plus sign in the equation gets replaced by a 4!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
