Question: Why do English people think it's fine to post jokes derogatory to the Welsh but as soon as I posted one !.!.!?
which was favourable towards the Welsh (not rude or offensive) they report it!?

A Welsh farmer saw an English tourist about to take a drink from a stream, and told him in Welsh "Paid ag yfed o'r afon hon, mae'r gwartheg a'r defaid wedi cachu ynddi" (" Don't drink from this stream, the cattle and sheep have crapped in it")!. The Englishman answered curtly!.!.!."I don't understand that lingo!.!.!.!.speak English man!"
To which, the farmer replied!.!.!."Oh, I was only saying!.!.!.'use both hands, you'll get more that way' "!.
I've seen many anti-Welsh jokes, to do with sheep mostly that have been allowed but as soon as I posted this!.!.!.!.!.bang!"

But no of course it's not possible because it's now Racist isn't it!. I mean the only language you can use is English on this site!. Yahoo Uk and Ireland!? - What about Irish and Welsh!?!. Welsh has over a Million speakers in the UK and Northern Ireland!. Yahoo lowers the profile of our country, our people, our language, culture and anything that is different to their ways which are largely English customs!. The English therefore can't take a bit of Humour!?
