Three people go to a hotel for a night!. The fee is $30, so they split it $10 per person!. Later the bellboy goes to their room and says they're having a discount, so it's the fee is only $25 and he owes them $5!. He realizes that he can't split $5 three ways, so he gives each person $1 and keeps $2 for the tip!. So each person spent $9 and the bellboy has $2!. $9*3=$27 plus the $2 tip, which is only $29!.
