I need to loose about 10 pounds!
I way 122 im 5'4 5'5 and im 13 and i need to loose 10 pounds i already lost about 10 but i need to loose 10 more!. i cant do what i did the first time cuz i dont know what did!!! Just i need to loose 10 pounds in 3 weeks!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

dont eat FOOD FOOD just eat all kinds of fruits and plenty of water! an within 3 weeks u shud have lost weight and have nicer skin!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The fact that you have already lost 10 lbs!. says you are on the right track!. You need to cut ur calorie intake, but do not do it by not
eating, that is stupid, and you'll end up losing weight but gaining it
right back if not more!. Just keep on doing what you have been
doing, and eat less of the fattening foods, and more of the good foods,
cut out any soda,drink plenty of water, and exercise more!. Try to get
into an exercise routine, which will help burn those calories, and you
will soon incorporate it into your daily life, and it will show such a
great improvement, and will not feel like a 'chore', but more like
brushing ur teeth each morning!. Just be more aware of what you
eat, and when, and how much!. Eat only until you feel full, which
