I HADN'T EATEN ANYTHING DURING THE DAY, WHEN I WENT TO LUNCH I ATE A SMOOTHIE, A BAGEL, AND A SMALL DOUGHNUT!.!.!.
I WENT BACK TO WORK AFTER ABOUT 30 MINS AFTER I HAD EATEN THAT, I GO IN!.!.!. I FEEL DIZZY AND LEAN AGAINST MY DESK!.!.!. THE NEXT THING I REMEMBER, I WAS LYING ON THE FLOOR AND TRYING TO GET UP!.!.!. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON!. WHEN I GOT BACK ONTO MY CHAIR, I HAD A BIG BUMP ON MY HEAD!.!.!.

I USUALLY EAT HEALTHY AND GO TO THE GYM ABOUT 3 TIMES PER WEEK!.!.!. I HAVEN'T GONE TO THE GYM THIS WEEK AND HAVEN'T REALLY BEEN EATING THAT HEALTHY FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS, DO YOU GUYS THINK THIS MIGHT BE THE CAUSE OF WHY I PASSED OUT!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

ya definitely!. the sudden change in diet and excersise to your body makes it freak out and since youve been buring a lot of calories lately, your body is able to burn more, but since you haven't been eating healthy or working out a lot you feel tired!. this should keep on going until ur body is used to it!. but dont over do the not eating much and not working out!. I'd just do what you normally do if i were you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
