so these 3 hobos are walking down the street!. this rich old man goes up to them and says you guys look poor ill lend you all 100,000$ each to start a buisness, but, you have to pay me back after you are rich!. they all agree to it!. so 3 years later the old rich guy dies!. so the 3 now rich men go to is funeral!. one man said i will pay him back with precious gemstones!. the other said i will pay him back with the finest jewlery!. so the two guys ask the other guy how he is going to pay him back!. so he said oh, i just rote him a check!.

An old man (depending on your audience he could be Jewish, Italian, Scottish, whatever!.!.!.) had 3 sons!. He had started the sons in successful businesses, and was quite proud of them!.
He knew when he died, they would also inherit a lot from his fortune!. So, in his final days he gathered his 3 sons together and told them:
When I was young, and first came to this country, I had exactly 5 dollars!. Look how hard I worked, and how I succeeded, and how well you have done!.
When I die and go to the afterlife, I do not wish to be poor!. I want each of you to put $5,000 worth of value in my coffin, before they close the lid!.
So on that final day, the first son came and put $5000 cash in his deceased father's right pocket!. The second son put a few small gold bars worth $5,000 in his left pocket!. The third son, came along, pocketed the cash and the gold, put a cheque for $15,000 in the dead man's hands, and said: "So long dad!"
