The man did say something cause it says: "After the man made his statement" so I propose he said that he may or may not have comitted the crime!. This statement is neither true nor false and so no penalty aplies!. Any statement that is irrelevant to the case would have no penalty and therefor he would go free!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
