Who can figure this problem out? for 10 pts?!

My backyard is set up as a square with a semi-circle on top!. The distance along the bottom is 40'!. I want to do two things, A) put up a fence around the outside of my property (not the dotted line)!. The cost of my fence is $5!.00 per foot!. B) plant sod on the inside around the fence (to fill the area) sod costs $!.50 cents a foot!.
