ok so every night my dad likes to walk around the block with me and the dog!. i like it but sometimes i don't want to go!. and when i tell him he gets all sad and gives me this guilt thing where he makes me feel all bad cause that's the only time we really get to talk cause for like 3 months out of the year hes in some different country for his Business!. and im not sure if hes trying to make me feel bad or i am really making him feel bad!. what should i do!. just go, i will kill for time with my father, i never got the chance to spend not even one walk with him, i will really love at least one!. Enjoy what you have and just make him feel good, you will rest the 3 months he is away anyways!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's hard for you to understand now, but someday you will regret every single one of those walks you didn't take!. And when you regret them, you will see the hurt on his face when you refuse to take a simple walk around the block with him!. You have no idea how that hurts a father!.

How about finding another way to spend more time with him!. Like watching a movie together!. It doesn't awlays have to be a walk around the block with your dog!. Just tell him when he's done, we can spend time doing such and such!.!.!.This does not have to end up being sad for either one of you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well you have to look at it this way; he probably only want what's good for the both of you, which in this case in time with his son no matter how short-lived it is!. If walking with him makes him happy then I suggest you just do this simple task!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
My dad died of cancer in 1985, I would give anything to walk with him again!. My bet is he really does want the connection to you!. When you consider how much energy you spend on other things and how little he is asking you to spend on him - is it really so much!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
