ok i wanna make itching powder without the helicopters or roses any other methods

Its called seeing dots a harmless prank!.!.!.

What you do is take a hole puncher and make a bunch of little dots and collect them into a bag or can!. then go into a car or bedroom and dump them into the vent!. ( car works better )!. Now turn air conditioner up as far high as it can go and then watch when they start up their car!. this works with the heater to!.!.!. have fun!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
