You've been together for 4 months!. You must have some idea of what he likes!. If he drinks get him a bottle of whatever liquor he drinks, if he smokes get him some decent ganja, if those 2 things don't apply get him a shirt in his favorite style and color, take him out to dinner, and finish it off with a party with all of your(meaning both of you) friends!. If he likes surprises then make it a surprise party with all your friends!. also, make it a drama-free day, you only turn 20 once!.

Depends what kind of character your BF is!. Is he a gamer!? A food-a-holic!? A sports fanatic!? What does he spend most of his time with (besides yourself) at home!?
