Joke; New way to tell time?!

A couple decides to take a trip to Carson City to check out the old historic sites!. They walk everywhere and notice there's an old indian man sitting downtown next to a donkey , and he seems to never say anything to anyone!.
Curiously the vacationing man asks the old indian man "what time is it!?"
The old indian guy reaches under the donkey lifts it's nuts and says " it's 9:35"
The couple walks away and they look at their cellphone and amazingly it's 9:35!.
The vacationing couple are out all day and every chance they have they ask the old indian man the time and every time he cups and lifts the donkey's testicles and gives them the absolute correct time!.
Finally the vacationer asks the Old Indian man how he can tell the time by the donkey's balls!.
The Old Indian man says as he's doing it " when i reach under the donkey and i lift his balls like this i can see the clock over at the bank"
