PLEASE 10 POINTS EASY ACCOUNT QUESTION!!?!

ok so about a month ago my mom lost her yahoo email!. it completely disappeared! the search didnt find it, the password wouldnt work, the id wasnt there, and i asked some questions on her account too! when i went back to those questions i clicked on the character and clicked view profile!. then it went to the page and it said opps! there is no such user!. anyways, just a couple of mins ago i was trying to go in!. i have had an email called karolinawearsocks@yahoo!.com for about a month!. ive had a gmail account for about 3 years!. anywayz i only had karolinawearsocks@yahoo!.com for 1 month and it disappeared! i also went to my question, clicked view profile, and it said oops! file not found!. ok please please please help i worked sooo hard to get to level 2 on the yahoo answers and it just disappeared! did anyone else have this problem!!? and my old yahoo answers id was i rockursocks!. its the same now but the email is different because it wouldnt let me have karolinawearsocks@yahoo!.com again!. PLEASE HELP 10 POINTS AND DO NOT WRITE YOU SHOULD CHECK IN WITH THE YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE WE SENT THEM EMAILS, NO ONE REPLIED, WE CALLED THEM, NO ONE ANSWERED, AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MOMS EMAIL BACK AND SHE IS A BUINSESS WOMAN!! YEAH IMAGINE THAT PLEASE HELP!
