Ok the guys in my class have been asking all my teachers this question and can't get a good answer so i thought i would ask it here and see what i get
How can a person in a wheelchair (so they can't walk) get from the top of a 30 storey building if it was burning down!?!?!?

they're not suppose to go to the top of the building!. they're gonna get caught in the fire!.
