I don't get this joke on Two and a Half Men... what does it mean?!

Question: I don't get this joke on Two and a Half Men!.!.!. what does it mean!?
So on Two and a Half Men, Charlie's trying to get Alan to change his look, and Alan says "Charlie, this is not who I am!" and Charlie says, "Yeah, but who you ARE couldn't get laid underwater with a tank of oxygen!."

I don't get it! And there aren't many things I don't get!. Who COULD get laid underwater!? Maybe there's some sort of contextual clue I'm missing!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
If i'm not mistaken he's saying charlie couldn't even get laid if he had a tank of oxygen to trade for sex!.!.!.so the girl would rather be suffocatedWww@Enter-QA@Com

It is a very vague joke!. In racking my brains, I can only come up with 2 possible interpretations (please don't mind if I have to use a possible sexual term, but I will add the *** necessary to keep within the guidelines yet still get my point accross:

1!. A tank of oxygen produces bursts of oxygen, which I guess could in some way be construed as an underwater b*ow jo* !?!?!?!?

2!. If anyone is underwater for too long without oxygen, they could drown to death!. Obviously, a tank of oxygen would be much in demand!. Maybe Charlie meant that a beautiful girl would rather drown than have s*x with Alan in exchange for her use of the oxygen tank !?!?!?!?

Hope this helps!Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's confusing, but I'm going with: There's a woman under water, Alan has a tank full of oxygen, and she'd still say no!.

I'm not getting it that much either, though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

he means nothing in the sea would lay him, and things in the sea are stereotypically ugly, for example, like comparing one's mother to a sea monsterWww@Enter-QA@Com

Sammy's got the right answer!.!. oxygen in exchange for sex or life!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
