Does anyone know the difference between the ABC Distributing catalog and the Lak!

Does anyone know the difference between the ABC Distributing catalog and the Lakeside Collection catalog?
They both seem to sell some of the exact products and the pictures are the same!!

I suspect they serve a similar purpose. Years ago I worked in a hardware store that received the ABC Distributing catalog. With ABC it was like buying in bulk at Sam's Warehouse or Cosco. You would get more than one of the same item when you ordered something. It may have changed since then.
From what I could see at the Lakeside Collections website, it looks like the when you order you get one of each item unless you decide to order more than one.
