Seventeen/Cosmogirl Magazine?

I would like to know how to pay my bill on the issues listed above?
I kind of know of the website for seventeen Magazine: Seventeen.com/billpayment (but it doesnt work)... what is the website?

go to hearstmagazines.com and click on customer service. then click unsubscribe and then you get 2 more free ones if you decide to stay instead = 14 issues for price of 12!

i used to subscribe to that magazine and heres a tip to get free magazines. when you first subscribe if you havent gotten two issues be very annoyed and send emails saying you havent gotten your magazine. i subscribe in march and they sent me the december issue. why the hell would i want the december issue. they started counting that as my first magazine. then january,etc and the march one was my fourth magazine! so i called complained and they said sorry it will start with the march one being 1. then at the end my last issue came in april when it was the march one very late. i complained and they gave me a free one. then i clicked unsubscribe and they got two more free. so that was 3. then everytime i was supposed to get a new one they would send it a month after so i kept getting more. in total i got 7 free!!
