I saw the answer above, and some points are just Gossip, and none of them were confirmed by Rowling.
Well, romours have it that RAB is Regulus Black, Sirius Black's brother, and the Golden slytheryn locket has not been destroyed, but is with Mundungus (remember Mundungus robbing the Girimauld Place, back in 6th book?)
Harry finds all the Horcruxes.. one he finds right in the room of Requirements!.. then conforts Lord Voldemort.. Whether Harry himself a Horcrux is hotly discussed, without any positive push from either side.
Dumbledore provides his mental power, stored in the pensive and coaches Harry with combat, and provides clues to new Horcrux positions..
Sirius' two way mirror proves to be very helpful. The marauder's map is destroyed, but a map created by Voldemort, and later used by Snape is discovered by Harry.
Sirius returns from behind the veil, and time had never passed for him. Harry brings back all the people trapped behind the veil.
Peter pettigrew proves to be a very useful ally to Harry. Malfoy joins hands with Harry, and becomes Harry's spy. The position of Snape's loyalty is unclear, but there is an almost definite supposition that he is Dumbledore's side, and eventually helps harry to kill Voldemort.
Mysteriously, the Longbottoms become clear in the mind, when Neville makes them drink the sap of a mysterious plant.. This discovery of Neville adds a boost to good wizards protection against dark arts..
Fred and George come up with more and more useful defence items, and sell them to commom people. It is almost certain that either Fred or George will die.
There are many more. I have a copy of the 7th book in PDF format (I don't know whether the story is geniune, or not,, I have not read it yet)..
