I got a catalog in the mail, but I dont remember the name.?!

I got a catalog in the mail, but I dont remember the name.?

All I know is it was the type where you could make payments on the items in the catalog, most as low as "five dollars a month." I used to order things out of it, but for some reason, I'm just drawing a complete blank on what it was called. Does anyone have any idea what the name of it is? It also has a website.
