If it is a font at all, it's probably an original. The letters are in something simple like Times Roman, but the "P" and "S" are upper case, while the "A" and "T" are lowercase. Then they throw a curveball by using a backwards "3" for the "E".
The reason this is probably not even a font is that they probably didn't bother to assign values to the rest of the alphabet. They're trying to make the name look like a ransom note with the random cases on the letters.
