What is the best way to sell album and magazine collections?
My dad has a huge collection of both albums and magazines (several different types of mens' magazines). He has every single Playboy issue, including the first.
His album collection is ridiculous - jazz, country, musicals, rockabilly, etc...well over 1,000 albums in mint or near mint condition.
What's the best way to get these sold? I'd prefer not to sell individually.

eBay all the way. You can open a store on eBay for 15 bucks a month or you can just list your items. It will cost you between .85 and $2.00 per listing, depending on how many pictures you take and how long your auction runs. Make sure you pick the right category and a good starting bid price. You don't want it to be too high, as people generally don't bid on items with high starting bid prices, but you also don't want to start it too low, just in case you only get one bidder. You might want to try the Buy It Now way of selling on eBay. It allows you to set a price and then list the item. If someone wants the item they buy it immediately.
