Hi , does anyone know of any UK or international magazines that would be happy to consider publishing an Irish persons short stories?
My short stories are fiction only!!!

Check out quirkbooks.com. They take submissions, but they aren't really quick about getting back to you, so you might have to try several approaches. I'd also recommend you find an agent... they know more about the publishing industry
