Does anybody have tips on how to secure a job with Playboy?

It all depends. What kind of job are you looking into? Is it editorial for the magazine? Online content/programming? Playboy is a huge enterprise with a lot of departments and ventures.

Try going to the Playboy ENTERPRISES website. Not the magazine site. There should be a link for "careers." Look and see what interests you.

I've been trying to get hired as an intern for the past year. I don't know who I have to sleep with to get a job there. As soon as I find out, I'll let you know. :)
