Could anyone stop me legally from printing TV times in my free local community magazine?
I'm starting to print a free local community magazine which I'll deliver door to door. Would it be illegal for me to include a TV guide like you find in newspapers, or even just TV listings in it?

It used to be illegal for anyone except the TV companies to publish this info- hence you had to but the Radio times/TV times. (newspapers published daily under license).
A few years ago there was a court case brought which broke this monopoly, allowing pretty much anyone to publish listings.
Check the small print though- you will need permisssion to reproduce someone elses listings.
