Answers:
if you want to be a journalist, you need at least 5 gcses (A*-C), including maths and english, and you need A-levels too (and then probably a degree or to do a journalism course). for graphic designer or art editor, again you need the 5 gcses and then either a-levels, including art/art&design/graphics etc., or an art diploma or other level 3 qualification. you'd probably need to do a foundation yr art course then a degree too.
you should try to get as much work experience as possible because both careers are so heavily oversubscribed.
