Of course you can! When JoJo started out she was only 14, and she's sill going strong and Hannah Montana is 14 as well, so there is NO reason that you can't be a singer too. All you have to have is a good voice, and I am sure you have and willpower, you have to have confidence in yourself and really want it more than anything. You have to be spotted so take part in as many singing events as possible and there is a chance you will be spotted.
