Can adobe photoshop be used to design and publish publish a magazine or newsletter?
Answers:
It CAN, I suppose, just as any other program that can include text and images COULD be used to do such things, but it's not designed for it. Photoshop is designed primarily for, well, working with photos (and other digital imagery such as drawing or painting) and has some very nice text tools to go with it.
But if you're going to be making a magazine or newsletter, the two programs you really want to look at are QuarkXPress or Adobe's InDesign (which is designed to interface nicely with Photoshop if you already have that).
