Have you ever bargain with an ebay seller for an item you really wanted?
I really want a fashion back issue but the seller is selling it for $29.49. I'm not sure if I shoud buy it. I e-mailed her and according to her the magazine is brand new and never read. She bought it for collection purposes. What if I don't get my money's worth?

If it doesn't sell ask her if you can buy it for a lower price that you want to pay, she might give it to you she might not. My husband does that all the time to items he wants but thinks are too much and waits if they sell or not and asks for the price that he wants. Give it a try!
