Those types of magazines are awful, making money out of other people's misfortunes. They make me sick, and I can't imagine what the readers are like.
How anyone could get a kick out of stories like "my son was born with three heads" or "i got married on my dead husband's grave" is beyond me.
To make up for me not answering your question properly, in most magazines, on the editor's letter page it says at the bottom, there is usually a hotline to call. Or just ask your newsagent.
