Names of dance music magazines with regular cover-mount CDs on sale at WS Smith about ten years ago?

I am looking for the name of a music magazine that was around about 10 years ago that had covermount CD with some trail dance music making software on it along with loop samples, tutorials etc, etc.

I am actually looking for the name of the software that came in one of the CDs. It was for making dance music by selecting loops from a dark circluar interface, sort of like the middle of a car steering wheel with buttons on it. By clicking on the buttons the loops are played.
