My favourite freebies site is "The Freebies Blog". It's updated regularly, and has RSS feeds for various countries, so that you can be automatically notified if there's a new freebie that applies to your particular country. Check it out:

So far I've had loads of things delivered to me for free that I've found out about from the Freebies Blog. Some of it's pretty trinkety, but I've even had free watches and pens sent to me. :)
