YM ceased publishing to concentrate on their website. Many teen magazines have done this - ElleGirl and Teen People as well as the recently launched and folded Shock! magazine. Many publishers are finding that teenagers are just not buying print magazines and are using the web at very high rates and they want to capitalize on it.
