Looking for a picture in National Geographic help someone!?
When I was in the 8th grade (around 1995-1996) I was flipping through some National Geographic books and came acorss a stunning photo of a man with his face painted up. He had cat eye contacts in and was emerging from the water. It was just a head shot and I don't think there was any major story on it.
I have been looking for that photo for a very long time and everytime I go to a thrift store I flip through them.
I was hoping someone could narrow my search and let me know the year that mag was published or maybe even what issue it may have been in.
I believe the article on the back of it was about owls.
Please help someone!

Maybe the National Geographic website has info there as to how one may go about ordering pictures from past issues.
