I need a bi- line for my magazine article?!

Question:

I need a bi- line for my magazine article?

my magazine article is about how music and modern music affect people in their lives eg. how they think and the decisions they make and the type of language they use, A BI-LINE IS THE SECOND HEADING its got to be strait to the point and interesting (the headline is "Conquered by Music")

Answers:

The line that comes under the headline is usually called the subhed. (a byline is the thing that says By John Smith). If you wrote this article, you know better than anyone what it's about. Have you written this for a particular publication, or are you trying to shop it around? The reason I ask is that at most magazines, the headline and subhed are written by an editor, not the author.
