my question is, is there any copyrigths by means of making your own? coz if i remember only reproduction is illegal? is making your own replica(somehow difrnt) considerd as reproduce?

Answers:

Novelty stores do it all the time. Time's Man of the Year can be a picture of your dad for his birthday. There might be a slight problem if you sell the cover or make money from it in any way. The companies that do the "fake" covers buy a license. If it's just for fun, no problem.
