Why aren't all magazines available digitally?!

Why aren't all magazines available digitally?
I use a website called Zinio.com to get quite a few digital magazines. They are inexpensive, full version, and theres no physical mess! Why doesn't EVERY magazine have a digital copy?
Answers:
Because of advertizing revenue. In most magazines, the articles and reports are almost an incidental to their main business of selling advertizing space. Showing too much of the content for free online would eat into their market share and affect the number of advertizers interested in appearing in the hard copy version.
