I signed up for Entertainment weekly where they take it out of your debit card....and I am ready to cancel. Do I need to go the magazine's website or bestbuy?

You should go directly through the magazine, not through a third party seller, to cancel. Best Buy probably won't be able to help you since they're just about selling the magazine.
