Is it necessary to copy write the title of a newsletter or magazine? How does one accomplish this?
I would like to publish articles, and have coined the Title of the newsletter/magazine and would like to be sure the Title is not in use by someone else....

You are TOTALLY in the dark. I don't quite understand what you mean about copyrighting a title of a newsletter or magazine unless you are starting one. If you are, then yes, you need to make certain no one else is using that name. You have a long way to go here before that point, however. As far as your so-called articles, if you are submitting them to other magazines, then you DON'T copyright them ahead of time. THEY copyright them when the work is published (which I suspect it never will be). You sound totally confused and like you are 10 years-old.
