Ideas for promoting a new magazine?

I work in Special Education for a public school district. One of our students, now graduated, has developed a fashion and lifestyle magazine for young people with disabilities.

We have several copies of the magazine to distribute, we've sent them to Oprah, to children's hospitals, to every disability agency that comes to mind. Can you think of any other interest groups or publicity groups that should receive a copy of this publication?

i dont know if this is possible, but at my high school (and prob others) they had a class for disabled people as well as the hearing impaired and mabye you could somehow could get it to them? i used to help out a little and i know they would love it.
