What happens when my magazine subscription goes into collection and I don't pay it for 10 years?

I never gave the magazine my social security number or anything. How does not paying a magazine collection payment affect me? And if I pay the collection, will my record get erased?

If you don't pay it buy a certain issue they stop sending them.

Therefore you wouldn't owe the whole amount.

I don't think they can do anything without your social.

I have decided I didn't want a magazine and didn't pay it and it didn't show up on my credit. I wouldn't make it a habit though.
