What's a reasonable price to pay for used Mad magazines?!

What's a reasonable price to pay for used Mad magazines?

I was thinkin' $1 or under. Is that wishful thinking?

I wouldn't really want anything older than 1995.

Depends on the year. The further you go back, the more you will pay. Rule of thumb? Take the year 2000 and subtract $2 per year + $20 and that is a collectible rate. Hence, a 1967 issue would be 33 years prior = $66 +$20 = $86 for a clean, non-tattered copy. Pricey, but heck, it is 40 years old!
