I want to start a magazine, but how should I go abou doing this, also what is the best way for some one to start in the acting industry, and what school is best if you want to become a film director,writer and producer, and what record company is looking for new artist that you know of, on how to get start in the music industry.

start small, local college audience, highschool, specific interst nearby that is under-expressed and gain a small local loyal fan base and then expand out. like a seed in the ground, it will grow if its supposed to and it is fed what it needs. In this case local interst and respect for your magazine.
