Teen Vogue, Cosmo Girl, or Seventeen for a 12 year old going on 13 (7th grader)?
I'm under the impression that Seventeen has articles too mature for a 7th grader. I'm not familiar with Teen Vogue and Cosmo Girl.
I want a good teen magazine, but one that empowers girls and builds their self-esteem, while giving them ideas and tools for dealing with their adolescent world.
