Does any one else think those mobile download things are a scam - those in the tv guides ilke max mob?

i just thuoght id av a treat and dowload a mp3 tone costing £1.50 but in the end i ended up paying £4.50 and i havent got my tone!!!!!!!!!!! what do you think about it?

all of these mobile phone downloads are scams they send you maybe a small sound and rip you off for 3 quid that plus you can also end up paying more because if you dont stop them from sending they will charge youanother 3 quid each month for nothing.
