Is it legal for Amazon.com to resell a magazine subscription without permission from the publisher ?
My company publishes a magazine which we handle the subscriptions solely. However, Amazon.com has our magazine listed on their search engine of magzine subscriptions that you can buy. So we placed a mock order to find out that Amazon outsource the order to a third party company who in turned placed the magazine subscription order to us. Basically, Amazon.com is reselling our magazine subscription $10 over our asking price, without our knowledge (until now) or permission. Perhaps this is legal, which I doubt. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

not sure... but try asking in the legal section... but if some one is ordering from you... and re selling I don't think thats illegal. I dont knwo though.
