both has interesting articles, are well-rounded (u will learn a lot more than just fashion and beauty), and has great fashion and beauty tips.
and i have read all of ur magazines listed up there. plus i subscribe to almost half of them. :] oh, and im 17 but have been reading cosmo girl and teen vogue ever since i was 14.
