"About Chocolate". It could come out a few times a year, and have articles re. chocolates' influence, history, & other esoterica in the context of cultural influences (across cultures), socio-economic impact, growers' lifestyles, biological, agricultural, gastronomic, consumerism, etc. I would like that.
And I'll bet the ads would make you drool. Lots.
