It means that the world is made up of two classes- the people who hunt and the ones who get hunted. I agree with it based on animals and humans, where we are the hunters and animals become the huntees. But, sometimes, that can be used for people to. Like you know the ones who are always getting picked on and bullied or something like that? They could be considered the ones who become hunted by the hunters, therefore becoming the huntees. But i think this quote refers more to people and animals.
