What are some good teen romance books?

i love books where the girl is like popular and she ends up with a guy and they have descriptive sex scenes....it sooo scandalous!

There is this book by Judy Blume called "Forever" and it is so wonderful. it's old but it is still a good book, also there is "Virgins", can't remeber who wrote it though. Both books came out in the 80's mid to late.
