Ok heres the deal:
My school started its "annual" magazine sale! =p fun i know...? Anyways I need to sell 7-14 magazines & I'm at 4...Does anyone have any tips for selling magazines?
I've sold to my parents, brother, sister, & my moms friend. I'm getting ready to ask her other 2 friends & then the neighbor so if they all buy something that will make 3...hopefully-anyways i still need ideas of who else to ask. Anyone?

You will probably sell some in the neighborhood at houses where there aren't other students selling. Have your parents take the materials to work with them and sell at their job. If you go to church, gym, sports events, ask there too. You may try walking around at a park. Soliciting/selling is not allowed at some public places, so be careful. The best way to sell is to people you know. Call other relatives that haven't bought yet.
Sorry, I'm not interested as the teens in my neighborhood have already asked me. You do sound like you are doing a good job, so hopefully you will at least sell 7, probably more.
